With Direct Deposit, you have peace of mind knowing your check cannot be lost or stolen, and that it will be in your account on payday.  Best of all, it's free!

Option:1:  Fill out the form below and submit it to us via Email.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This not a secured email.

Option 2 (Safest way): Fill out the form below, print it, and then sign it. Once complete, mail/fax it back to the Credit Union.  


Please indicate how you would like your paycheck distributed.
ex.  $100.00 into checking, $15.00 into Christmas Club, and the rest into savings.

ATTENTION:  If you want to change the direct deposit to only one of your sub-accounts (checking, savings, etc.) and leave the rest of your direct deposits the same, please fill out ALL of the "IS" fields!  If you send over only the changes, we will take this as your new direct deposit and delete the deposits to your other sub-accounts.  For more information, please Email a representative in Member Services.
